ABOUT Counselling

Counselling is a process designed to help you address emotional and psychological issues that may be causing stress and unhappiness. Together, we will work at your pace to develop the inner resources needed to cope with your concerns. Our sessions will take place in a caring, supportive, and safe environment, enabling you to focus on the issues that matter most to you.

My approach utilizes person-centred therapy, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), or eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) as needed to facilitate this process. As you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, you will become more aware of the underlying factors contributing to your emotional challenges. You will also learn to develop effective coping strategies, whether for specific problems or for life as a whole.

By recognizing how you operate internally and how you relate to others, you will improve your ability to handle everyday challenges. As a result, you will feel more confident, content, and resilient in the face of ongoing pressures. Your life will become more exciting and manageable as you navigate past difficulties with greater ease, ultimately leading to a greater sense of well-being.
